Our Organically Grown Leaders

Unlock Your Potential with Our Leadership Training Program

Since 2008, we’ve proudly run our Leadership Training Program at Southern Cross Martial Arts Gold Coast. Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our process to align with our core values, ensuring a transformative experience for our young instructors.

Path of Growth Through Contribution

Our Leadership Program is designed for members seeking to further their martial arts journey with a focus on personal growth through contribution. Earn qualifications through avenues such as traineeships or separate tertiary study, tailored to fit your individual goals.

Skills Development for Enthusiastic Members

Open to enthusiastic and self-motivated members who meet our skill criteria, the Leadership Program is a pathway for those eager to make a positive impact in our community. Starting as early as 10 years old, our mentoring program guides young participants over time, developing associated skills that extend beyond martial arts.

Empowering Beyond Martial Arts

Our Leadership Program isn’t just about martial arts; it’s a holistic approach that benefits participants in various aspects of life. Many of our graduates have found success in other school programs, sports teams, and even applied for school leadership positions or scholarships.

Recognition of Achievements

As participants progress, a blue top is awarded, signifying confidence and proficiency. Assessment areas include First Aid, Mat Safety/Awareness, General Coaching Principles, Discrimination and Harassment, OH&S, and Ages and Stages.

Join our Leadership Program at Southern Cross Martial Arts Gold Coast and embark on a journey of personal development, community contribution, and skill enhancement.
