Muay Thai, often called the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a striking martial art from Thailand. It uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees in a dynamic way that combines fitness, coordination, and self-defence.
While Muay Thai is famous for its use in competition, you don’t need to step into a ring to enjoy the benefits. With us, Muay Thai is not only about fitness, confidence, and having fun while learning something new. We discover some of the historical and cultural traditions as well.
Our Muay Thai program is open to anyone aged 15 and over.
Whether you’re completely new or have trained before, our classes are structured to suit all fitness levels.
All you need is a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Our Muay Thai program was developed by our friends and BDK. Geordie Lavers McBain, the head of BDK Muay Thai, has developed this training approach over 3 decades. His approach combines traditional Muay Thai knowledge with modern coaching, making it effective, enjoyable, and accessible to all.
As a family-owned business, we take pride in creating an environment where beginners and experienced students alike can thrive. Our instructors have real-world experience in combat sports and hold nationally recognised qualifications in fitness and sport coaching.
